Attorney Steven J. Schrader is an associate with LoTempio P.C. Law Group.  Steve focuses his practice in the area of personal injury, including car crashes, medical malpractice, and injuries on property.  He is experienced in managing all aspects of litigation, from the start of a case through trial.  Prior to joining the team at LoTempio P.C. Law Group, Steve worked for large plaintiff-oriented and defense-oriented law firms in the Buffalo area.  Steve prides himself on having open, honest, and thoughtful communication with his clients through every step of their case.

Steve is a graduate of Canisius College’s All-College Honors Program where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude, with minors in Classics and Law & Public Policy.  Steve earned his Juris Doctor from the Washington and Lee University School of Law, in Lexington, Virginia. While at Washington and Lee, he served as a Lead Article Editor for the Washington and Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice and was a Student Advocate in the law school’s Advanced Administrative Litigation Clinic (Black Lung) which helps coal miners and their survivors pursue federal black lung benefits.

Steve is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts, as well as the United States District Court, Western District of New York.  He has also had the honor of being selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars every year since 2018.
