Jennifer Runfola is a general practice attorney who concentrates on criminal law and all matters pertaining to the general practice of law. After receiving her B.S. in Criminal Justice from State University of New York College at Buffalo in 1992, she went on to the University at Buffalo School of Law and the University of Akron School of Law.
Jennifer has a great deal of experience in trial techniques. A member of the National Trial Team at UB, Jennifer and her team were the first in the University at Buffalo School of Law to win the regional round, earning them a spot in the National Competition in Houston, Texas. She was also a recipient of the Robert J. Connelly Trial Advocacy Award for High Honors during her time in the Trial Technique class.
Jennifer is, to this day, a co-coordinator of the University at Buffalo School of Law’s annual National Mock Trial Competition, and takes great pride in her ability to assist in improving the skills and trial experience of future attorneys.
At the present, Jennifer is proud to be a Town Prosecutor for Cheektowaga, New York, and is responsible for prosecuting violations under the penal law, including violations of the Cheektowaga town code.
