Mr. Sanchez graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. He continued his education at Oklahoma City University where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Mr. Sanchez clerked in the criminal division of the United States Attorney’s office in Tampa, Florida.

His attention to detail has earned his clients’ impressive results, including:

• Obtained an acquittal after trial for an individual charged with Driving While Intoxicated in a local Town Court.
• Successfully defended at trial a contractor alleged to have spread asbestos throughout a building which resulted in a total loss of the building.
• Had a mechanic’s lien removed against a client’s home and successfully defended the breach of contract claim at trial.

Mr. Sanchez is admitted to practice in New York State and regularly appears in Courts in Erie County and throughout Western New York. He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and New York State Defender’s Association. He is a frequent contributor to Channel 4’s WIVB “Ask a Lawyer” night. Mr. Sanchez resides in Buffalo with his wife Kara and daughters Abigail and Anna.
